Job summary

Premier Inn Maidstone (West Malling) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and breakfast or dinner service while ensuring smooth operations across the hotel. The role offers around 24 hours per week and shifts including evenings and weekends.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll split time between reception, restaurant and public areas, supporting colleagues and ensuring every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.

• Ability to stay calm and adapt to busy periods.
• Interest in delivering good guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
