Job summary

Premier Inn Tamworth is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in, breakfast and dinner service, and guest inquiries. You’ll help keep reception and public areas tidy and support your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. No hotel experience required; training provided. This role offers a fixed-term contract until August 2027 with guaranteed 20 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful demeanor; prior hospitality or retail experience not required.
• Ability to stay calm in busy periods and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative to support guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
