Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas neat.
• Support teammates when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
