Job summary

Whitbread’s Ashford Central Premier Inn is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve meals. You will contribute to a smooth stay for guests and handle a variety of tasks across the hotel.

With 30 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour on a permanent contract, you’ll work evenings, weekends and busy periods while gaining valuable hospitality experience and training.

Qualifications

• Friendly personality with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to stay calm and helpful during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals as required.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep Reception, Restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.
