Job summary

Premier Inn in Andover is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve meals and help guests have a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. We’re looking for friendly, calm individuals who enjoy helping people and taking the initiative to create a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming attitude with guests.
• Calm and helpful under busy guest periods.
• Able to take initiative and work with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner as required.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and tidy.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy times.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
