Job summary

Premier Inn in Bristol is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in and ensure their stay goes smoothly.

You’ll serve breakfast or dinner, sometimes behind the bar, answer questions and keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

This permanent role offers 15 guaranteed hours per week, includes evenings and weekends, and is based at Lewins Mead, Bristol.

Qualifications

• No two shifts are the same, with varied duties throughout the day.
• Friendly approach and desire to help guests enjoy their stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
