Premier Inn Marlborough is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in, and serve breakfast or dinner while keeping the hotel running smoothly.

You'll work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and no hotel experience is required. If you enjoy helping people and stay calm under pressure, we’ll teach you the rest and support your career with training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
