Job summary

Premier Inn in Basingstoke West (Churchill Way) is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll contribute to a smooth stay and a warm welcome for guests.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and busy periods. The role pays up to £13.06 per hour for 25 hours per week, with duties across reception, restaurant and public areas to support the hotel team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to stay calm and friendly during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
• This isn’t a role where you'll spend your shift in one place.
