Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner.
• Answer questions and solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
