InterContinental London O2 is seeking a Guest Relations Executive for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will welcome VIP guests with a warm, professional manner and be the main point of contact throughout their stay, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires excellent English communication and a smart, proactive appearance. Previous 5-star hotel experience is advantageous, with opportunities to grow within the Arora group.

• Greet VIP guests warmly, addressing inquiries and requests.
