Accor is seeking a bubbly, confident Guest Relations Coordinator for our London hotel. The role focuses on connecting with guests, delivering memorable experiences, and supporting multiple hotel operations to ensure exceptional service.

The position offers an hourly rate of £14.80 plus incentives, with opportunities to engage across departments and VIP guest handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest relations experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsabilités

• Be a welcoming and engaging presence in our lobby, building genuine connections with guests.
• Look after our VIP guests, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences.
• Respond to and follow up on online guest reviews and feedback.
• Support our Finance and Commercial teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Assist HR with employee engagement activities, events and initiatives.
