Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Oversee car parking operations, organise valeting and reserve spaces as needed.
• Handle luggage from arriving and departing guests and ensure safety of stored luggage.
• Provide information about local transport, entertainment and leisure options.
• Be aware of in-house activities, conferences and functions to assist guests.
• Respond promptly to a wide range of issues and liaise with the Head of Department.
