Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Owner and Guest Experience Advisor at Challaborough Bay to welcome owners and guests with a warm, helpful approach. You will provide information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or by phone, and assist with requests while keeping bookings and admin up to date.

The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences, supporting events, and maintaining a positive guest journey across our holiday parks in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience.
• Provide guests and owners with all the info they need about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone.
• Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing.
• Assist in delivering memorable events for both owners and guests.
