Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to every customer.
• Assist guests with purchases and make product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive, well-presented displays throughout the store.
• Keep retail areas clean, organised and in line with resort standards.
• Support stock takes, stock control and deliveries as required.
• Promote resort facilities, events and services to guests.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements and security standards.
