Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Retail Associate to join our team at Celtic Mall, Celtic Manor Resort. You will engage with guests, support sales, and help create premium shopping experiences across our resort merchandise and gifts.

With a passion for exceptional service, you will work 30 hours per week in a permanent role, contributing to a warm and welcoming resort environment. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to every customer.
• Assist guests with purchases and make product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain attractive displays throughout the store.
• Follow company policies, health and safety requirements and security standards.
• Promote resort facilities, events and services to guests.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
