Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort is seeking Housekeeping Associates to join our award-winning team. In this role you’ll prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards, clean stayover and check-out rooms, and keep corridors and back-of-house spaces tidy as part of a friendly team delivering memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have good English, pride in their work, and a reliable, positive attitude.

Qualifications

Have a good understanding of English
Take pride in their work and have excellent attention to detail
Be reliable, hardworking and positive
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred, but not essential)

Responsibilities

Preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to our high standards
Cleaning stayover and check-out rooms efficiently and thoroughly
Removing room service trays and any items left in guest rooms
Reporting maintenance issues to help us keep our facilities looking their best
Helping to keep guest corridors, lift areas and back-of-house spaces clean and tidy
Working as part of a friendly team to deliver a great guest experience
