Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant who will ensure guests enjoy an outstanding level of service throughout their stay. You'll engage with guests, anticipate needs, and be ready to upsell to enhance their experience.

You’ll be comfortable with tech tools used to streamline service, maintain cleanliness to the highest standard, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere across our hotel outlets.

• Upsell and make recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and turns around negative experiences.
• Stay updated on hotel facilities, promotions and local market to assist guests.
• Identify ways to continuously improve the guest experience.
