Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team. This permanent role supports the kitchen in delivering exceptional service to guests, including families, and helps create lasting memories in a refurbished Suffolk retreat.

You will work 40 hours per week, including weekends, at £12.71 per hour plus generous service charge and benefits. Relevant hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays to meet the hotel's needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver LFH service with the kitchen team to guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences and build relationships with guests, including families.
• Ensure safe dining by understanding allergens and menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all food & beverage areas.
