Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at this historic Suffolk retreat. This is a permanent role at 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a starter hourly rate of £12.71 plus a generous service charge and benefits.

You'll work with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional LFH service, create memorable guest experiences, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support LFH service with kitchen team to deliver great guest service.
• Create memorable guest experiences and engage with guests.
• Ensure safe dining by understanding menu and allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in F&B areas per health and safety rules.
