Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests and deliver a warm, personalised experience from check-in to checkout.

You will answer queries, share knowledge of the hotel and local area, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth stays. This is a permanent 40-hour-per-week role over five days, including weekends, with a salary of £26,437 and our competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Opera PMS is beneficial.
• Strong guest-service mindset and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility to weekend work and varying guest needs.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain a welcoming presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and conducting smooth check-in/check-out.
