Job summary

Park Holidays UK is looking for an Accommodation Manager to oversee the standards and operations of our accommodation services, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

You will lead pre-season preparations, manage housekeeping, inventory, and safety compliance, recruit and schedule staff, and ensure all units are guest-ready and well-maintained across peak and off-season.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or accommodation sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of guest service.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work during peak season and manage off-season preparations.
• This role is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise guest satisfaction by ensuring professional communication.
• Assist in pre-season preparations and winter close-down tasks, including setup and securing accommodations, inventory management, and maintenance.
• Train and monitor the cleaning team to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH; obtain risk assessments and method statements from contractors.
• Manage key handling, inventory, and safety equipment upkeep.
• Ensure all accommodations are inspected and guest-ready, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee linen processes and housekeeping organisation in line with Health & Safety.
