Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll motivate the team on the floor, oversee service elements and support management during shifts.

With at least 1 year of fast-paced restaurant experience, you’ll bring guest-focused hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering memorable dining moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-focused approach.
• Able to support floor service, shift setup and close downs.
