Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service? Our client is looking for a Guest Experience Team Leader to oversee and elevate the guest journey at their prestigious client site.

In this high-profile role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Guest Experience Hosts, ensuring every visitor receives a seamless, five-star welcome. From managing front-of-house operations to innovating concierge services, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences in a world-class environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and inspiring the Guest Experience team to deliver best-in-class service
  • Managing reception, client lounge, and visitor hosting with impeccable standards
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and hospitality with precision
  • Supporting internal events and collaborating with business services teams
  • Driving innovation in guest services and developing a VIP concierge offering
  • Overseeing team performance, training, and rota management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest services
  • A confident, polished communicator with a proactive mindset
