Marriott Bristol Royal is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk during a landmark transition as we refurbish and relaunch as part of the Marriott Autograph Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception or front desk operations.
• Excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Supervisory experience or potential is desirable.
• Ability to uphold Brand Standards across all interactions.
• Support HR-related duties including reviews, recruitment and payroll tasks.

Responsabilités

• Promote a welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with guest queries about local attractions and services.
• Ensure all guest complaints are followed up and resolved professionally.
• Be the on-duty hotel representative when required.
• Uphold Brand Standards in all duties and interactions.
• Upskill and develop front desk associates and assist in HR tasks.
