Job summary

Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team. You will lead the reception team, ensure warm welcomes, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction throughout every stay.

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager on daily operations, training, coaching, and driving team performance. The role requires flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends, in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Reception Supervisor or similar hospitality role.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership, motivation and team support skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every interaction reflects commitment to excellence.
• Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Allocate rooms, issue keys, and process payments and billing accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and address guest concerns promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, positive manner.
• Provide information on facilities, services and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations with accurate record keeping.
• Prepare and review daily arrival, departure and occupancy reports.
• Support the Front Office Manager with day-to-day supervision of the team.
• Assist with training, coaching and developing team members for engagement and progression.
• Lead shifts confidently, maintaining operational standards and company procedures.
