Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring service standards and a smooth, efficient arrival and departure process.

You will lead a small team, deliver a warm, personalised guest experience, and liaise with Housekeeping to meet early arrivals and special requests while resolving guest enquiries with professionalism.

• Front office supervisory experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing front office activities, ensuring consistent service standards and efficient operations
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy, efficiency and a warm welcome
• Proactively engaging with guests to enhance their experience and deliver a high-quality, personalised service
• Liaising closely with Housekeeping regarding early arrivals, extended stays and early departures and any special requests to ensure rooms are prepared accordingly
• Handling guest enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues to our guests satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, transactions and team performance
• Working collaboratively with other departments to fulfil guest requests and ensure smooth hotel operations
