Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Maidstone is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Assistant Manager to lead the Reception team, drive service excellence, and ensure smooth operations across the front desk with a hands-on leadership style.

You will mentor colleagues, optimise check-in/check-out, handle guest requests, coordinate with Housekeeping, and contribute to revenue and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office leadership roles within hospitality.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operation of Reception/Front Office.
• Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and guest engagement.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and allocations.
• Ensure reservations, billing and payments are accurate.
• Support training, coaching and development of team members.
• Manage staffing levels, shifts and departmental communications.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
• Uphold company policies, health & safety and brand standards.
• Support daily reports, revenue goals and department administration.
• Act as department lead in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
