Job summary

Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Assistant Manager to lead the reception team and drive service excellence.

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coaching staff, handling guest inquiries, and upholding brand standards for a busy front desk.

This full-time role requires flexibility across early/late shifts, weekends and bank holidays, with opportunities for development and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Experience with hotel PMS; Opera PMS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office Manager in daily operation of Reception and Front Office.
• Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures with a smooth guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and allocations.
• Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and payments.
• Assist with training, coaching and staff development.
• Manage staffing levels, shifts and department communications.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
