Qualifications

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
