Premier Inn Bridgwater gateway location is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide breakfast or dinner service. This fixed-term role requires helping guests throughout their stay, with shifts including evenings and weekends in a busy hotel environment.

You don’t need prior hotel experience; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs or customer service are welcome.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Previous work in retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure
