Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Manchester store. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and help maintain a premium store environment that reflects our culture.

The role requires flexibility, excellent hospitality, and the ability to move on the shop floor to assist guests and support store operations, while upholding our standards of service and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education about lululemon products
• Facilitate seamless guest experiences with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right
