Job summary

lululemon is an innovative performance apparel brand seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will connect with guests, share high-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, uphold our values, and help maintain a luxury store environment. Availability for flexible scheduling and a willingness to move through the store on shift are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only) as applicable.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education about the value and benefits of the product.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the sales floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to make it right.
