Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and trusted product education in our store. You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and help with seamless transactions across channels, while upholding store standards and a luxury environment.

You will work as part of a diverse team, contributing to an inclusive culture and supporting store operations with enthusiasm and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits to guests.
• Process transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs (buy online, ship from store, etc.).
• Move around the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain an inclusive and productive environment.
