Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our store. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and support omnichannel programs to create a seamless shopping journey.

Key responsibilities include facilitating on-floor interactions, maintaining store presentation, and collaborating with teammates to ensure exceptional service and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation and local requirements (EMEA).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Assist with end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations.
