The role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and flexibility, with a focus on presenting products, supporting store operations, and maintaining the luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Right to Work documentation required (EMEA).
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (buy online/ pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
