Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is hiring a Dedicated Cover Ambassador to join our City of London team on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will cover Ground Floor Reception, Client Suite Reception, Floor Management and Room Bookings, providing flexible cover during holidays and absences in a prestigious corporate environment.

The role is 21 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with shifts from early morning to late afternoon.

Qualifications

• Strong customer‑facing communication is essential.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and adapt communication style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support porter responsibilities including heavy lifting and movement of equipment or furniture
• Demonstrate strong email etiquette when communicating with clients, employees and contractors
• Provide occasional reception cover as required to support the wider front‑of‑house team
