Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and assist with transactions.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting the Dobbies Club membership.
• Share product knowledge to answer queries and guide purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and high standards in partnership with the team.
• Support stock handling, cash processes, deliveries, stock control, and restaurant services as required.
