Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a dedicated Runner to support seamless service between kitchen and floor in our London venues. You will deliver orders promptly, assist waiting staff, and maintain a clean, organized service area to ensure a superior guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining setting, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication. The role involves POS and reservation software familiarity and active participation in team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands‑on approach
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software

Responsibilities

• Bring food/drink quickly from kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment
• Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Preparing any additions to tables in advance (condiments, butter portions etc)
• Perform opening and closing procedures including setup and breakdown of stations.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
• Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about menu changes and specials.
