Job summary

Soho House in London is seeking a dedicated Runner to help ensure smooth service between kitchen and front‑of‑house. You will deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain a clean, organized service area, and act as the link between kitchen/bar and the floor.

The role requires 2–3 years in a high‑end dining setting, strong F&B knowledge including wine service, and excellent interpersonal skills. Benefits include weekly pay, staff meal, 50% discount, health and dental plans, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food/drinks from kitchen/bar to members' tables and act as liaison between kitchen/bar and dining floor.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment and ensure service areas are well organised.
• Provide service to an assigned section and develop relationships with members for personalised service.
• Polish cutlery and prep table items (lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions, etc.).
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and station setup/breakdown.
• Handle service equipment carefully and store it properly.
• Attend regular meetings with FOH/BOH teams for menu changes and tastings.
