Job summary

Soho House & Co. is hiring a Runner to support kitchen-to-floor service, delivering food and drinks promptly while keeping areas clean and well-organised. You will work closely with waiting staff to ensure members receive a superior experience and maintain a polished, efficient dining environment.

Key duties include delivering orders quickly, supporting the team, and setting up service stations. The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks from kitchen/bar to members' tables and attend to service locations
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment and assist front-of-house teams
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service
• Prepare tables and service areas in advance (condiments, cutlery, etc.)
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams about menus and tastings
• Support opening and closing procedures for stations
• Ensure service equipment is stored and handled correctly
• Provide continuous training and participate in team events whenever possible
