Job summary

Soho House is seeking a dedicated Runner to support seamless service between the kitchen and front-of-house. You will deliver food and drinks promptly, help maintain a pristine dining area, and assist staff to ensure a superior member experience.

You will also polish cutlery, prepare table additions, and participate in opening/closing procedures. A high-end dining background and strong communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to members' tables and assist front-of-house staff.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment and assist in keeping service areas tidy.
• Provide service to an assigned section and develop relationships with members.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additions in advance (condiments, lemon wraps, etc).
• Participate in opening and closing procedures and ensure equipment is stored correctly.
