Job summary

Soho House is seeking a dedicated Runner to support the dining team, delivering orders from the kitchen and bar to members while keeping service areas orderly and clean. You will act as a link between kitchen, bar and floor, ensuring a superior guest experience with quick, friendly service.

You’ll join a team focussed on continuous training, staff events and attractive benefits, including weekly pay, team meals, and generous staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment
• Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)
• Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
• Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
