Innkeeper's Lodge is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet guests on arrival, manage smooth check-in and deliver local knowledge to make every stay memorable. It takes a mixture of ingredients to make the perfect guest experience, and our teams are no different.

Responsibilities

• Giving every guest a friendly welcome when they arrive at the check-in.
• Providing guests all information they require for their stay and services.
• Asking if the guest would like to book a table in your pub/restaurant for dinner.
• Talking to every guest about the Innkeeper's Lodge guest experience survey at check-in.
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Serving guests in turn, quickly and efficiently.
• Taking reservations from guests and handling all telephone calls with the highest level of customer service.
