Job summary

Innkeeper's Lodge in the UK is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to welcome guests and make them feel at home from check-in to check-out. You will provide information about breakfast times, location details and dining options, and you may offer to book tables for dinner.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival at check-in
• Provide guests information for their stay (breakfast times, location, entrance, bar and dining times)
• Offer to book a table in the pub/restaurant for dinner
• Discuss the Innkeepers Lodge guest experience survey at check-in
• Handle guest queries and complaints quickly and professionally
• Serve guests in turn, quickly and efficiently
• Take reservations and manage all telephone calls with high customer service
