Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, handle booking inquiries, and ensure an efficient seating arrangement.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist guests with their needs, including guiding them to their tables and addressing any special requests.
• Process guest check-ins and ensure that all necessary information is recorded.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist the front-of-house team with administrative tasks as needed.
