COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the management team in delivering first-class service.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, monitor costs, handle guest feedback, and contribute to promotions to drive traffic and sales in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A passion for hospitality and a flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and service standards.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Oversee and support the restaurant team to maintain high service standards and performance.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Support inventory management, ordering supplies, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Assist in creating staff schedules and optimize labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and local health regulations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day financial operations, tracking sales and costs.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
• Contribute to promotions, events, and marketing efforts to increase traffic and sales.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
