Qualifications

• Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests in a professional manner.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and ensure smooth service.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software.
