COSMO Authentic World Kitchen in Norwich is seeking a friendly Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage reservations, greet customers and help ensure an excellent first impression while supporting the front‑of‑house team.

Key duties include handling bookings, inquiries, and guest requests, maintaining an organized reception area, and assisting with administrative tasks as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

• Proficient with reservation systems and basic office software.
