Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with a friendly approach. You will be the first point of contact for guests staying in 494 bedrooms and using the hotel’s facilities, including meeting spaces and the Florentine Restaurant and Bar.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.15 plus incentives, along with extensive staff benefits and career development opportunities in a busy central London hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles in hospitality.
