Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is a premier resort with 450+ rooms, multiple dining venues, spa and golf facilities. The Resort Desk role involves promptly assisting guests with bookings, inquiries and requests, and working closely with Reception, F&B, and Spa to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has guest-facing or spa reservations experience, a passion for service, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing or telephone roles and in a spa Reception or spa Reservations department.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and support across departments.
• Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with good initiative and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Sell, manage and upsell The Belfry’s facilities to maximise revenue and build client relationships.
• Ensure smooth operation of resort services through inter-departmental communication.
• Handle bookings and queries promptly and thoroughly across communication channels.
